Job summary

Talentify seeks an Information Technology Manager to oversee the IT infrastructure of its community health center network in Western New York. This hands-on leadership role ensures system availability, strong cybersecurity, HIPAA compliance, and seamless integration with eClinicalWorks EHR/PM systems across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or equivalent.
• 3–5 years in IT management with at least 2 years in a regulated healthcare environment.
• Robust working knowledge of HIPAA, HITECH, and standard healthcare compliance frameworks

Responsibilities

• Maintain LAN/WAN, Wi‑Fi, and VPNs across sites and remote users.
• Oversee hardware lifecycle and asset management (servers, VMs, workstations, devices).
• Support EHR/PM optimization and interoperability with HL7/FHIR interfaces.
• Lead IT team, provide training, and manage vendor relations.
