Qualifications

• BS required.
• 4 years related EMS or hospital operations experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Sharepoint, and Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Support onboarding and implementation of Pulsara across EMS agencies, hospitals, clinics, and health systems.
• Provide training and workflow optimization to improve communication and coordination.
• Engage clinical and executive stakeholders to drive adoption and success.
• Travel up to 40% to sites across Kentucky.
