The University of Kentucky seeks a Project Manager to assist in developing and implementing strategic plans for KY REC clients focused on practice transformation and quality improvement. You will independently support KY- REC clients aiming to meet quality goals, leveraging HIT resources and EHR knowledge to guide remediation plans and drive process improvements.

In collaboration with Practice Transformation Manager, Assistant Director, and Director, you will identify workflow redesign

Formación

• Clinical experience preferred in healthcare settings.
• Experience with healthcare quality improvement, EHR, or grants.
• Strong knowledge of transformation, process improvement and PM software.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement strategic plans for KY REC clients.
• Independently support clients toward quality goals using HIT knowledge.
• Identify workflow redesign opportunities and deliver team education.
• Present on quality improvement, MACRA, and payment reform to large groups.
