This client-facing role requires deep understanding of healthcare operations and strong collaboration with NHS-styled stakeholders to implement solutions that improve clinical and operational workflows. You will balance customer needs with project constraints, own delivery, and travel as needed.

Qualifikationen

• Experience working in or with NHS or similar healthcare environments.
• Proven track record in system implementation and professional services.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience delivering training, testing and go-live support.
• Willingness to travel as required.

Aufgaben

• Lead and support the implementation of System C solutions and integrated third-party software.
• Run product demonstrations and configuration workshops, explaining workflows and benefits.
• Perform gap analysis to ensure solutions support current and future processes.
• Promote best practice while protecting client confidentiality.
• Support user acceptance testing, go-live activity, and early-life support.
• Contribute to internal testing by identifying and escalating software issues.
