Job summary

Molina Healthcare seeks an experienced clinical implementation professional to support deployment and integration of enterprise clinical solutions. You will plan, coordinate, and execute implementations aligned with patient care workflows while ensuring regulatory compliance and operational efficiency.

Collaborate with clinicians, administrators, and IT teams to translate requirements, manage timelines, and measure program effectiveness; deliver post-implementation support and drive workflow

Qualifications

• Direct clinical, health care technology implementation, or clinical program management experience (≥3 years).
• Clinical licensure/certification as required by state contract or mandates.
• Proficiency with EHR systems (Epic, Cerner, Meditech).
• Strong understanding of clinical workflows and health care IT systems.

Responsibilities

• Supports planning and execution of clinical system implementations.
• Develops and executes implementation plans, timelines, and milestones.
• Ensures compliance with clinical standards, regulatory requirements, and organizational policies.
• Assists during implementation phases to ensure smooth adoption of new workflows and technologies.
• Serves as a resource for clinical teams, addressing questions and resolving issues promptly.
• Delivers post-implementation support to maintain system functionality and optimize performance.
• Provides ongoing support and troubleshooting during and after implementation; partners with clinical, administrative, and IT teams.
• Represents as a liaison between clinical and technical teams to translate requirements and feedback.
• Monitors implementation progress and identifies areas for improvement.
• Collects and analyzes data to measure program effectiveness.
• Recommends enhancements to optimize workflows and system performance.
