Job summary

Molina Healthcare is seeking a skilled clinician/implementer to support the deployment and integration of enterprise clinical programs and technologies. You will coordinate between clinical, IT, and administrative teams to align workflows with patient care and operational goals.

You will develop implementation plans, ensure regulatory and policy compliance, and deliver post-implementation support to optimize system performance and adoption in fast-paced environments.

Qualifications

• Experience in clinical system implementations or clinical program management.
• Proficiency with EHR systems and clinical workflows.
• Ability to troubleshoot and analyze data for program effectiveness.
• Experience managing timelines and priorities in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Supports planning and execution of clinical system implementations.
• Develops and executes implementation plans with timelines and milestones.
• Ensures compliance with clinical standards and regulatory requirements.
• Assists during implementation phases to ensure adoption of new workflows.
• Delivers post-implementation support to maintain system functionality.
• Provides ongoing support and troubleshooting; partners with clinical and IT teams.
• Translates requirements between clinical and technical teams.
• Monitors progress and identifies areas for improvement.
• Collects and analyzes data to measure program effectiveness.
• Recommends workflow optimizations to enhance performance.
