Job summary

CommuniCare+OLE is hiring an IT Helpdesk Technician to provide onsite and remote support for computer and phone systems across multiple sites. You will respond to user requests, deploy new equipment, and support training sessions under the IT Director.

The role requires a minimum 2 years in Level 1 desktop support in a Microsoft environment, with Epic/EHR experience preferred. This is a full-time, on-site position in West Sacramento, CA with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent IT experience; IT certifications preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of Level 1 desktop support in a Microsoft environment.
• Experience with Electronic Medical Record systems, preferably Epic/OCHIN Epic.

Responsibilities

• Responds to IT Helpdesk calls and Teams chats with promptness and professionalism.
• Set up new users, email, imaging, computers, printers and phones.
• Assist in setup of projectors, laptops, and speaker phones for trainings and presentations.
• Assist with hardware and OS installation.
• Update Help Desk ticketing system and document procedures.
• Monitor printers and computers and maintain asset inventory.
• Collaborate with EHR/Data teams to manage system software.
