Job summary

RadNet is seeking an IT Operations Field Specialist to support desktop computers, peripherals, and software across our imaging centers and branches. You will install, configure, and maintain equipment in accordance with established standards to ensure reliable technology for patient care.

The role emphasizes collaboration with SMEs, incident tracking, and security updates, with travel to branch offices as needed.

Qualifications

Associate degree in a related technical field is required.
Minimum of 2 years of related work experience.
CompTIA A+ Certification preferred.
CompTIA Network+ Certification preferred.
Must have a valid driver's license and vehicle access.

Responsibilities

Assist staff with installation, relocation, configuration and ongoing functionality of desktop computers, peripherals and software.
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues on laptops and desktops, with emphasis on Microsoft OS and related applications.
Maintain inventory levels and track shipments of IT equipment to end users.
Act as liaison between IT and Branch Sites/Offices for IT and operational projects.
Monitor and complete support and project tasks; document issues, steps, resolutions in the support desk system.
Collaborate with SMEs from other IT teams to resolve user issues.
Maintain LAN/WAN security in line with established guidelines and coordinate with Cyber Team as needed.
Provide basic troubleshooting for MAC, iOS, and Android OS.
