RadNet is seeking an IT Communications Specialist to support omni-channel communication systems across the organization. You will help ensure reliable IP telephony, video conferencing, messaging and collaboration tools, delivering quality patient care through effective technology support.

You will document configurations, train end-users, monitor performance, and work with vendors to maintain secure, interoperable systems in a fast-paced healthcare setting.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in IP telephony, VoIP, video conferencing, messaging platforms, and collaboration tools.
• Experience with project management methodologies is a plus.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilités

• Provide technical support for multiple communication systems, addressing issues and ensuring quick resolution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve communication-related problems.
• Configure and optimize communication infrastructure components, including IP telephony, video conferencing, messaging platforms, collaboration tools, and faxing platforms.
• Implement and maintain omni channels of communication systems to meet organizational requirements.
• Implement security measures to safeguard the omni-channel communication systems and data.
• Collaborate with IT teams to ensure interoperability and seamless integration with other systems.
• Create and maintain detailed documentation of the omni channels of communication configurations, processes, and procedures.
• Prepare training material for end-users and support teams on properly using communication tools.
• Monitor system performance and conduct regular assessments to identify areas for improvement.
• Manage relationships with vendors, ensuring service level agreements are met.
• User provisioning for various communication platforms.
