Job summary

RadNet is seeking an IT Operations Field Specialist to join our field support team. You will install, configure, and maintain desktop computers and peripherals, image hardware, and track equipment through our inventory and ticketing system.

You will liaise with branch offices, work with SMEs across IT domains, and ensure LAN/WAN security while meeting service levels. A2 years’ experience and an Associate’s degree are required, with CompTIA A+ and Network+ preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in a related technical field plus 2+ years of relevant work experience.
• CompTIA A+ and Network+ are preferred.
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Assist staff with installation, relocation, configuration, and ongoing functionality of desktop computers, peripherals, and software.
• Perform imaging and hardware troubleshooting for laptops and desktops; work with Windows OS and related software.
• Maintain inventory levels and coordinate shipments of IT equipment.
• Act as liaison between IT and Branch sites for IT/Operational projects.
• Log, troubleshoot, and close Support Desk tickets; document issues and resolutions.
