Job summary
RadNet is seeking an IT Operations Field Specialist to support desktop environments and IT projects across branch sites. The role involves installing and configuring hardware and software, troubleshooting across Windows, MacOS, iOS, and Android, and maintaining hardware inventories while coordinating with IT teams.
The ideal candidate will have an Associate’s degree in a related field, 2+ years of experience, and relevant certifications (A+, Network+).
Qualifications
- Associate’s degree in a related technical field.
- CompTIA A+ Certification preferred.
- CompTIA Network+ Certification preferred.
- Must hold a current and valid driver's license in good standing.
- Vehicle access or ability to secure transportation as needed.
Responsibilities
- Assist staff with installation, relocation, configuration, and ongoing functionality of desktop computers, peripherals, and software.
- Troubleshoot computer imaging and hardware, including Windows, MacOS, iOS, and Android environments.
- Maintain inventory and track shipments of IT equipment to end users.
- Act as liaison between IT and Branch Sites/Offices for IT and Operational projects.
- Monitor and complete support and project-related tasks in the Support Desk system.
