Kaiser Permanente in Denver seeks a senior IT leader to manage a team responsible for configuring complex system builds, testing, validation, and production support of Epic-based applications. The role blends clinical/IT knowledge to support safe, high‑quality care and detailed analysis of Epic capabilities, workflows, data, and release functionality.

Formación

• Minimum four (4) years experience working with EPIC or comparable health system software OR Minimum four (4) years scripting or programming experience.
• Minimum two (2) years supervisory experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Social Science, Education, Business, Health Care or related field and Minimum eight (8) years working in IT or operations. Additional equivalent work experience may be substituted for the degree requirement.

Responsabilidades

• Translate business plans into tactical action items and lead the team to meet objectives.
• Oversee analysis and testing of Epic-based systems and changes.
• Lead the implementation of planned hardware and software changes into production.
• Manage maintenance, documentation, and configuration of enterprise systems.
• Oversee incident resolution and ensure system availability and performance.
• Coordinate with end users, third parties, and Epic staff to prioritize requirements.
