Job summary

Generations Family Health Center, a regional community health center in Willimantic, CT, seeks an IT and EHR Support Specialist. You will split time between end-user IT support and maintaining core systems, including Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Cisco phones, and Atlassian tools.

You’ll collaborate with the EHR team to assist clinicians and staff, while helping ensure privacy and security. This full-time role offers strong benefits and a mission-driven workplace in a rural Eastern Connecticut

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or associate’s degree in IT or related field, or equivalent training.
• Experience providing technical support to end users and maintaining IT infrastructure.
• Certifications in Microsoft 365, Cisco, and/or Atlassian are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 IT support for GFHC tools and infrastructure.
• Administer and maintain GFHC’s SharePoint environment and access controls.
• Provide hardware support and maintain internal documentation and knowledge base.
• Support EHR users and collaborate with the EHR team.
