Job summary

Panorama Eyecare LLC is seeking a Director of Information Technology to lead the technology strategy across multi-site optometry and ophthalmology practices. You will own EHR/PM platforms, information security and HIPAA compliance, and IT integration for acquisitions.

You will partner with operations, revenue cycle, and leadership to ensure technology supports patient care, staff productivity, and growth. Denver-based, travel to sites required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field; equivalent experience considered.
• 8+ years IT leadership in multi-site or healthcare setting.
• Experience with ophthalmology/optometry EHR/PM systems (ModMed/NextGen).
• HIPAA security rule and data privacy knowledge; risk assessments experience.
• Proven IT integration leadership for acquisitions or multi-site rollouts.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT strategy across multi-site optometry/ophthalmology network.
• Own EHR/PM governance, security programs, and BAAs.
• Oversee infrastructure, help desk, and disaster recovery.
• Drive IT integration for practice acquisitions and new clinics.
• Manage vendor relationships and contracts; control costs.
