Xtensys Connected Health Solutions is seeking a Junior Desktop Support Technician to provide frontline IT support in a healthcare environment. You will help ensure clinicians and staff have reliable tools, troubleshoot software and hardware, and work in a call center, remote, and onsite setting.

Under the Desktop Support Manager, you will deliver user training, maintain inventory and ticket records, and collaborate with the team to resolve issues quickly while delivering excellent customer

Qualifications

• Associate degree in IT or CS preferred.
• CompTIA A+, Network+, and/or Security+ preferred.
• Travel up to 45% within 50 miles of home location.

Responsabilités

• Identify, diagnose, and resolve problems for users of PCs, including software, hardware, network connectivity, and printers.
• Provide one-on-one problem resolution with follow-up to ensure satisfaction.
• Configure and deliver end-user PCs, software, and peripherals.
• Assist with application software access requests via the ticketing system.
• Install and support LAN and remote communications between PCs and client systems.
• Maintain accurate records of all support calls in the ticketing system.
• Schedule PC maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Follow up on all tasks and escalate when needed.
• Provide antivirus installation and upkeep across devices.
• Collaborate with internal and external resources as needed.
• Attend annual mandatory educational programs.
• Assist in patching network closets to maintain connectivity.
