Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a consultative Application Analyst who can bridge the gap between technology and operations. The ideal candidate will support end users, lead projects, and drive continuous improvement initiatives across healthcare IT and enterprise applications.

Candidates should have 3+ years in application support, strong troubleshooting, and experience translating business needs into technical solutions; Epic experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in application support, information systems, healthcare IT, or related technical environments.
• Experience with workflow analysis, application configuration, and system support.
• Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills.
• Ability to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Experience supporting end users, managing incidents, and resolving complex application issues.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Informatics, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2+ years of project management experience.
• Healthcare systems or hospital IT experience.
• Experience leading testing efforts, including test planning and validation.
• Experience creating and delivering end-user training.
• Knowledge of data analytics, reporting, and process improvement initiatives.
• Experience mentoring junior analysts or team members.
• Relevant application certifications.
