Qualifications

• 3+ years of IT leadership experience.
• Experience in providing and managing customer support in a highly matrixed organization.
• Ability to work on multiple and complex projects.
• Excellent written and oral communication, critical thinking and budgeting skills.
• Adaptable and flexible style; willing to travel and work outside normal hours.

Responsibilities

• Monitors, manages, and reports day-to-day operations to the System Director to support resource utilization and prioritization of IS work.
• Leads a team of associates and manages a full workload across multiple projects.
• Recruits, onboards, trains, mentors, and develops direct reports to deliver high-quality services.
• Conducts performance reviews for assigned direct reports.
• Manages time and attendance/payroll for assigned associates.
• May be required to travel to perform duties and work outside standard hours.
• Other related duties as assigned.
