Job summary

Nordic Global is seeking an Application Analyst II to provide advanced support for clinical and business applications in the Managed Services division. You will manage incidents, upgrades, and documentation while collaborating with software vendors and project teams.

Ideal candidates hold Epic ASAP certification, a strong ITIL background, and excellent communication. The role includes on-going professional development and occasional travel to support critical applications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or 8+ years’ healthcare IT/analyst experience).
• Epic ASAP certification is required.
• Experience implementing ITIL-aligned service management processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond to application support requests and incidents within SLAs.
• Maintain and expand vendor relationships for applications.
• Plan and execute application upgrades with security patches.
• Lead small projects and assist with project scheduling and status.
• Develop and maintain architecture diagrams and dependency maps.
• Support lifecycle activities from implementation to decommissioning.
