Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Healthcare Informatics, Computer Sciences, or related field.
• 3+ years' experience in healthcare IT or equivalent IT application analyst position.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving; excellent communication and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Respond to application support requests and incidents within defined SLAs.
• Manage application and team documentation, ensuring accuracy and relevancy.
• Establish and maintain relationships with software vendors for high-level support.
• Assist in planning and executing application upgrades and security patches.
• Participate in smaller analyst-led projects and learn basic project management tasks.
