Qualifications

• Associates degree with 2+ years of relevant work experience; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Licensure required: applicable application certification, maintained through required training.
• Knowledge or exposure to healthcare clinical or financial systems and workflows is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support design, build, configuration, testing, documentation and operational support of assigned applications under guidance.
• Assist with workflow build, system changes, issue resolution, go-live support and on-call coverage.
• Document modifications, workflows, decisions, risks, and issues; maintain version control and follow change control processes.
