Qualifications

• Experience in EHR or integrated ancillary systems implementation and support.
• Proficiency with Windows desktop/server OS, Microsoft Office, and remote connectivity tools.

Responsibilities

• Delivers high-quality work within established timeframes and participates in multiple small to medium projects.
• Collaborates with user community to understand business requirements; communicates with IS and vendors on options.
• Completes projects with supervision, develops project management skills, and tracks milestones and deliverables.
• Acts as liaison between IT, customers, and vendors; participates in meetings with operational areas using the software.
• Prepares and maintains documentation including analysis, design, procedures, and user guides.
• Provides on-call/after-hours support as required; mentors junior colleagues in application knowledge.
