Golden Valley Memorial Healthcare is seeking an IT Analyst to support, configure, maintain, and optimize healthcare software applications and information systems across clinical, financial, and operational workflows.

You will collaborate with end users, vendors, and IT teams to troubleshoot issues, implement enhancements, and promote best practices while ensuring regulatory compliance and an exceptional user experience.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide support, configuration, maintenance, and optimization of healthcare software applications and information systems.
• Collaborate with clinical, financial, operational, and administrative teams to troubleshoot issues and implement enhancements.
• Assist with software implementations, system upgrades, patches, testing, validation, and deployment.
• Develop and maintain documentation related to configurations, troubleshooting, workflows, and support processes.
• Coordinate with software vendors on issue resolution, updates, and implementation support.
