Job summary

Indiana University Health is seeking a Senior Client Relationship Manager Consultant (Inventory Solutions Consultant) to lead WaveMark initiatives across acute care sites. The role is hybrid (3 days on site, 2 days remote) from Plainfield, IN, with weekly travel to system hospitals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate degree in Supply Chain or business-related field or equivalent years of experience.
• 5-7 years of related experience in Supply Chain.
• Strong verbal and written communication; advanced Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills.
• Excellent organizational and project management abilities; strong analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Portfolio Ownership — primary contact for all supply chain and WaveMark-related needs.
• WaveMark Operational Support — ensure sites follow required workflows and escalate non-compliance.
• Customer Service & Issue Resolution — guide sites through complex inquiries and coordinate resolutions.
• Education & Best Practices — train sites on supply chain fundamentals and procure-to-pay processes.
• Onboarding & Transitions — lead onboarding for new sites, relocations, expansions, and closures.
• Standardization & Optimization — participate in cost-effective product standardization and workflow improvements.
• Documentation & Standard Work — define and maintain standard work processes for WaveMark workflows.
• Training Leadership — oversee training materials and sessions.
• Project Leadership — manage complex projects impacting supply chain operations and WaveMark adoption.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration — liaise between ICT, Value Analysis, clinical teams, vendors, and distributors.
• Data-Driven Decision Making — use dashboards and KPI reports to identify trends and opportunities.
