Job summary

Indiana University Health is seeking a Senior Client Relationship Manager Consultant to join the WaveMark team in Plainfield, IN. You will serve as the primary liaison between hospital partners, supply chain operations, and WaveMark solutions, ensuring inventory and ordering processes run smoothly across multiple sites.

The role is full-time with a 3-on/2-remote hybrid schedule and weekly travel to system hospitals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate degree in Supply Chain or business or equivalent experience.
• 5-7 years of related experience.
• Supply chain experience is required.
• Strong verbal and written communication; Excel/Word/PowerPoint proficiency.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Establish strong relationships with assigned acute sites and be primary contact for supply chain and WaveMark needs.
• Collaborate with ICT to ensure compliance with required workflows (cycle counts, find-by-scan, etc.).
• Guide sites through complex inquiries and resolve WaveMark issues with vendors and internal teams.
• Train sites on supply chain basics, ordering systems, and procure-to-pay processes.
