Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
3-7 years of relevant experience.
Ability to interpret policies and ensure contract adherence.
Experience tracking and reporting financial risk and budgeting.
Proficiency in PSA and Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

Owns assigned supplier contracts and oversees the contracts management process for a spend category.
Designs, implements, manages, audits contract administration for multiple contract types and monitors expirations.
Uses IU Health approved legal templates and routes agreements through signature workflows with Category Manager, Finance, and Legal.
Leads contract negotiations with suppliers and tracks all documents and redlines.
Analyzes contract issues to identify risk and optimize value, and assists with supply disruption troubleshooting with internal/external teams.
Coordinates legal review with stakeholders and ensures regulatory and policy compliance.
