Job summary

Phoenix Children's Hospital in Phoenix, AZ seeks an Inventory/Materials Coordinator for the Distribution & Central Supply team. The role handles receiving, ordering, stocking and distributing supplies across clinical and non-clinical areas to ensure continuous availability and efficient operations.

You will work with ERP systems (eStock, Lawson), monitor par levels, expirations, and cycle counts, and coordinate deliveries to off-site clinics as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; or 5 years in Inventory, Materials Mgmt, or Supply Chain.
• 1 year of customer service experience.
• 1 year in a supply chain inventory or distribution role.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of health care Supply Chain management.
• Electric Pallet Jack Training Certification (preferred).
• Current Arizona Driver's License (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Places routine and ad hoc supply orders and distributes and stocks supplies to all locations per priorities and procedures.
• Coordinates deliveries of supplies to off-site clinics and facilities as needed.
• Monitors expiration dates, min/max levels, and kanban per standards.
• Maintains inventory records with Supply Chain systems; participates in cycle counts.
• Suggests operational efficiency improvements and coordinates with stakeholders.
