Job summary

HonorHealth's Osborn Medical Center in Scottsdale, AZ seeks a Technician - Supply Chain to manage stock and distribution of medical and non-medical supplies. The role uses an ERP system and iPad for data entry, picking and staging deliveries to departments.

The position supports inventory counts, restocking, and equipment coordination, maintaining tidy storerooms and PAR locations, and handling prepackaged trays as required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months logistics or supply chain experience preferred; data entry experience required.
• Previous hospital storeroom/receiving experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Counts and fills pre-determined exchange cart/replenishment area stock levels.
• Uses iPad and ERP system to complete this process.
• Using a pick list, collects all supplies requested and stages them for delivery according to priority.
• Restocks clean and bulk storeroom shelves from daily receipts, verifying locations and bin labels per pick list.
• Coordinates rental/purchase of patient orthopedic appliances, beds, and equipment.
• Management of soiled equipment per campus policy.
• Processes department stock returns.
• Responsible for handling, securing and delivering prepackaged procedural trays which may include medication.
• Responsible for neatness of storeroom and PAR locations at all times.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
