Phoenix Children's Hospital, Inc. in Phoenix, AZ seeks a Materials Management professional to manage inventory, orders, stock, and distribution across clinical and non-clinical areas, ensuring continuous supply for operations.

Responsibilities include receiving, cycle counts, expiring item monitoring, and urgent allocations to meet department needs. May fill shifts at other facilities as needed; Monday–Friday, 7am–3:30pm, on-site role.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent or 5 years of experience in Inventory, Materials Management, or Supply Chain (in lieu of diploma or equivalent).
• 1 year of customer service experience preferred.
• 1 year of experience in a supply chain inventory or distribution role preferred.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills required.
• Knowledge of health care Supply Chain management preferred.
• Electric Pallet Jack Training Certification and Arizona Driver’s License preferred.

Responsabilités

• Place routine and ad hoc supply orders and stock supplies across locations.
• Receive shipments into ERP and resolve issues related to damages, substitutions, back orders, and misdirected orders.
• Maintain inventory records in ERP systems and participate in regular cycle counts.
• Suggest operational efficiency improvements and adjust par levels for slow-moving items.
• Support urgent supply requests and coordinate immediate delivery when needed.
• Restock code carts, mother carts, and airway bags; ensure continuous availability of items.
