Nicklaus Children's Health System is seeking an Inventory Associate for the Clinical Supply central services area. The role involves pulling medical supplies from shelves, restocking automated and non-automated stations, and entering counts into handheld devices.

You will maintain records, verify deliveries, and participate in year-end inventory. The position requires 2–4 years of inventory control experience, basic computer skills, and the ability to follow instructions.

Formación

• 2-4 yearsRecent experience in inventory control.
• Ability to follow simple instructions and perform repetitive tasks.
• Basic computer and printer knowledge; ability to learn software applications.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient information.
• Read, write, and communicate in English.

Responsabilidades

• Answers phone promptly and takes messages for supply orders.
• Pulls medical products from inventory and restocks supply stations.
• Logs inventory counts and uses PDT/wireless handhelds for data entry.
• Inspetion of product integrity and expiration dates; ensure proper stock rotation.
• Participates in year-end inventory and maintains accurate department records.
