Job summary

HCA Healthcare is seeking a Manager Technical Product to lead healthcare interoperability and data exchange products. You will own the product vision, roadmap, and lifecycle, ensuring alignment with payer, provider, and clinical workflows across the nationwide ecosystem.

You will translate requirements into scalable capabilities using HL7 FHIR, HL7 v2, EDI/X12, and REST APIs, partnering with architects and engineering on integration patterns and cloud strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; five+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience defining product requirements for healthcare integration is preferred.
• Knowledge of HIPAA, privacy, security, and regulatory requirements is desirable.
• Familiarity with payer/provider workflows and clinical data exchange is expected.

Responsibilities

• Own product vision, roadmap, and lifecycle for interoperability and data exchange products.
• Define capabilities supporting HL7, FHIR, EDI/X12, and REST APIs for healthcare use cases.
• Translate requirements into epics, features, and user stories with acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with architects and engineering on API strategy and integration patterns.
• Manage product backlog, priorities, and cross-functional dependencies.
• Lead discovery, development, testing, rollout, and ongoing optimization.
