Job summary

Chamber Cardio is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the interoperability platform, including integrations with EHRs, payer systems, and clinical data networks. You will translate complex healthcare data exchanges into clear engineering priorities and help establish reusable patterns and shared services for scalable growth.

Your role blends technical fluency with strong product judgment to drive reliable, measurable outcomes across the Chamber ecosystem in a remote, US-based environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management with ownership of technical platforms or APIs.
• At least 2 years delivering healthcare integrations (EHRs, payer systems, clinical data exchange).
• Strong technical fluency: REST, JSON, webhooks, data models, async patterns.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve roadmap for interoperability and APIs with platform capabilities.
• Translate clinical and business needs into requirements and roadmaps.
• Identify reusable integration frameworks and shared services.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Data, Clinical, and Operations on tradeoffs.
• Define integration health metrics and reliability expectations.
