Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 3-5 years in consulting, project management or operations.
• Experience in healthcare or related sectors preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration across diverse teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with tight timelines.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is expected.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate newly acquired surgery centers.
• Develop and maintain project plans and timelines for integration activities.
• Drive coordination across operations, revenue cycle, HR, IT, and clinical workstreams.
• Support restructuring projects and due diligence for optimization.
• Prepare reports for senior leadership on status, risks, and recommendations.
