Job summary

Access Medical Clinic is seeking a Clinic Integration Specialist to lead the successful integration of newly acquired or developed clinics, ensuring seamless operations and regulatory compliance.

You will serve as the primary project manager, coordinating IT, HR, revenue cycle, clinical operations, and facilities while maintaining patient care and quality standards across locations.

This role requires strong PM, healthcare operations knowledge, and travel within the assigned region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a healthcare/administration field.
• 5+ years of progressive healthcare operations experience.
• 3+ years of project management or operational leadership experience.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams.
• Understanding of healthcare reimbursement and revenue cycle management.
• Knowledge of HIPAA, OSHA, CMS, and healthcare regulatory requirements.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational integration of new clinics with cross‑functional teams.
• Develop detailed integration plans, timelines, and deliverables.
• Coordinate departments to ensure timely execution and continuity of patient care.
• Monitor progress, resolve barriers, and update leadership regularly.
• Partner with HR, IT, Finance, Compliance to standardize processes.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and privacy requirements throughout integration.
• Drive change management and stakeholder engagement during transitions.
• Collaborate with executive leadership and clinic staff across locations.
