Job summary

Tenet Healthcare is seeking a Manager to join the Corporate Development team to spearhead the integration of surgery centers across its national portfolio. The role requires coordinating with a broad set of stakeholders and guiding complex projects to successful completion.

The ideal candidate will manage multiple initiatives, showcase critical thinking, and work closely with the Director, Integration & Special Projects to drive value-based care transformations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• 3-5 years of relevant work experience in a similar role, potentially in consulting, project management, or operations
• Experience in healthcare or related industries is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex situations and provide actionable recommendations
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results within designated timelines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, and project management tools

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to facilitate the integration of newly acquired surgery centers, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and timelines
• Conduct comprehensive review of acquired centers, identifying key areas for integration and improvement
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans and timelines for integration activities, tracking progress and addressing potential roadblocks
• Drive cross-functional coordination among operations, revenue cycle, HR, IT, clinical, and other workstreams through integration
• Support restructuring projects, conducting due diligence, and assisting in the development of optimization strategies
• Prepare presentations and reports for senior leadership, summarizing project statuses, risks, and recommendations
