Job summary

Guldmann Inc. is seeking a dedicated Project Coordinator/Assistant Project Manager to drive project planning and execution for installation projects across healthcare facilities.

You will work closely with Sales, Supply Chain, and Logistics to ensure timelines, budgets, and requirements are met. The role requires a structured, analytical candidate with PM experience, strong organizational skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and construction project management experience required.
• Must be structured, organized and process oriented.
• Proven data mining, analysis, and reporting experience.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong time management.

Responsibilities

• Manage small to mid-size projects from start to finish.
• Collaborate with Sales, Supply Chain and Logistics.
• Prepare estimates and detailed project plans for all phases.
• Enter project purchase orders and track costs in ERP system.
• Train and onboard new hires on Project Management Processes.
