Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and previous construction project management experience.
• Structured, organized and process oriented.
• Proven experience in data mining, analysis, and reporting.
• Excellent attention to detail and time management.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office, databases, project management software and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Manages small to mid-size projects from start to finish.
• Collaborates with Sales, Supply Chain and Logistics.
• Manages project scope and changes.
• Works with stakeholders to meet cost, productivity, accuracy and timeliness targets.
• Prepares estimates and detailed project plans for all phases.
• Delegates tasks to appropriate personnel.
• Determines needed resources from start to finish with budget considerations.
• Monitors and tracks project costs, billings, and progress in ERP systems.
• Communicates with Installation Manager on timing of installations.
• Ensures documentation such as costing sheets is accurate and complete.
• Enters project purchase orders and tracks costs.
• Trains and onboard new hires on Project Management Processes.
