Job summary

Medix Infusion in Seattle, WA is seeking an experienced Account Executive to identify growth opportunities in local practices, hospitals, and healthcare systems, facilitating referrals and coordinating patient care.

You will manage accounts, build relationships with internal and external customers, and drive business development while supporting infusion therapy services including anti-infectives, biologics, IVIG, and other treatments.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of proven sales experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field preferred.
• Prior infusion medication sales experience.
• Established and transferable book of business.
• Experience in cold calling and opening new accounts.
• Ability to identify, qualify, and close accounts.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience in making multiple referrals calls to medical professionals daily.
• Self-starter with entrepreneurial spirit and attention to detail.
• Team player with ability to collaborate with all Medix Infusion teammates.
• Proficiency with company email, Teams, Office products, and self-service payroll software.

Responsibilities

• Prospect new clients and increase penetration across divisions within existing clients.
• Travel to and develop all markets within the assigned territory.
• Serve as the primary liaison between accounts and front-end team to ensure satisfaction.
• Develop strategic growth plans to cultivate the territory.
• Achieve or exceed monthly quotas set by sales manager.
• Initiate and maintain routine contacts with existing clients for referrals.
• Collaborate with operations to assist patient referrals and documentation.
