Job summary

Tyvan LLC seeks a Healthcare Infrastructure & Development Planner to lead planning, design, and execution of healthcare projects. The role bridges civil engineering, architecture, urban planning, and permitting across jurisdictions.

The ideal candidate has deep experience with site development, life safety, accessibility, and health codes, plus strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills. Travel will be required as projects progress.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Urban/Regional Planning, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in development planning, civil engineering, or project coordination.
• Hands-on experience with permitting, zoning regulations, and land development processes.
• Experience supporting healthcare or regulated facility projects strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate development projects from concept through completion, integrating civil engineering, architectural design, and planning principles.
• Serve as a liaison between architects, engineers, contractors, regulatory agencies, and internal stakeholders.
• Manage and oversee zoning approvals, land use entitlements, and permitting processes across multiple jurisdictions.
• Review site plans, construction documents, and project specifications for compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Support healthcare facility development, including hospitals, clinics, and specialty care centers, ensuring alignment with regulatory standards (e.g., life safety, accessibility, and health codes).
• Conduct feasibility studies, site assessments, and due diligence for new developments or expansions.
• Coordinate infrastructure planning, including utilities, drainage, transportation access, and environmental considerations.
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and regulatory milestones to ensure successful delivery.
