Nutex Health in the United States is seeking a Healthcare Infrastructure & Development Planner to coordinate civil engineering, architectural design, urban planning, and project development for healthcare facilities.

You will navigate permitting, zoning, and regulatory approvals across jurisdictions and drive site planning and infrastructure coordination to deliver hospitals, clinics, and specialty centers on time and within budget.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Urban/Regional Planning or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in development planning, civil engineering, or project coordination.
  • Hands-on experience with permitting, zoning regulations, and land development processes.
  • Experience supporting healthcare or regulated facility projects strongly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of construction documentation, site development, and infrastructure planning.
  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with local and state regulatory agencies and approval processes.
  • Professional licensure (PE, AICP, RA) is a plus but not required.
