Paycom - ATS is seeking a Lead Healthcare Planner to join our health facility planning team. You will lead planning for new and renovated health facilities, coordinating with architecture, interiors, engineering, and operations to deliver clear planning deliverables.

The ideal candidate has 5–8 years of healthcare planning experience and 8–10 years in architecture or interior design, with strong facilitation, presentation, and mentoring skills. Licensure or EDAC is valued but not required.

Array is seeking a Lead Healthcare Planner to join us as we continue to set the standard for excellence in healthcare design. The ideal candidate is technically proficient, design sensitive and has excellent organizational and communication skills. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. You will work with a highly motivated and innovative health facility planning team, in the planning of new and renovated health facilities. This role typically requires 5-8 years of dedicated healthcare planning, including 8 to 10 years of architecture or interior design experience, or equivalent demonstrated capability. Experience is a guide, not a substitute for demonstrated capability.Responsibilities:Lead planning for multiple departments or large, non-complex healthcare projects.Facilitate user groups and synthesize competing clinical, operational, and technical inputs into actionable planning direction.Develop programs, blocking, test fits, flow, zoning, phasing, and planning studies.Integrate planning with architecture, interiors, engineering, cost, schedule, and delivery constraints.Anticipate risks and downstream impacts, and communicate them early.Support proposals, interviews, and client presentations.Mentor junior planners and strengthen team performanceWhat Success Looks Like:Leads assigned planning scope with high autonomy.Builds trust with clients and translates complex discussion into decisions.Produces clear, coordinated planning deliverables.Raises the capability of colleagues through mentoring and example.Demonstrated healthcare programming and planning experience across multiple departments or project types.Strong facilitation, synthesis, diagramming, and presentation skills.Working knowledge of clinical workflows, departmental relationships, codes, and healthcare delivery constraints.Ability to operate with minimal direction and take ownership of planning outcomes.Professional degree in architecture, interior design, planning, or a related discipline. Licensure, EDAC, Lean, ACHA, or equivalent credentials are valued, not required.Revit and planning or programming tool proficiency appropriate to the role.
