Job summary

Shepley Bulfinch seeks a Healthcare Planner to work with institutional healthcare clients and internal teams on projects of all scales. The role develops planning concepts and space plans, coordinating with consultants and regulatory teams under the Senior Medical Planner's guidance.

This hybrid Houston-based position offers involvement in meetings with stakeholders, ongoing documentation, and staying current on planning trends to support design goals and project success.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of healthcare planning experience.
• Proficiency in Revit and Affinity Suite.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Solid interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and communicate planning concepts for healthcare projects.
• Create space plans addressing project parameters and user needs.
• Coordinate with consultants to integrate requirements.
• Lead and participate in user group, stakeholder and public meetings.
• Maintain program documentation and assist with regulatory approvals.
• Stay current on planning trends and regulations.
