Job summary

SmithRx is seeking a Seasonal Inbound Call Center Representative to join our Plano, TX team onsite. You will handle inbound calls and outbound outreach, educating members on pharmacy benefits and resolving inquiries with empathy and efficiency.

Ideal candidates will have 2+ years in a call center, strong communication skills, and comfort using CRM tools. Training is onsite, with a Monday–Friday schedule and rotating weekend/holiday shifts; this role emphasizes patient-centric service and HIPAA

Qualifications

• 2+ years of call center experience required.
• Must be local to Plano, TX and onsite.
• Proficiency in Windows, MS Office, and G-Suite.
• HS Diploma or GED required.
• Experience with CRM tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls and outbound outreach with members, providers, and pharmacies.
• Document and follow up on issues from member interactions; route to appropriate departments.
• Educate members about their pharmacy benefits.
• Pursue one-call resolution with PBM expertise.
• Maintain HIPAA and protect PII while handling sensitive information.
