SmithRx is a growing Health-Tech company in Plano seeking call center agents to provide top-tier member support for our PBM platform. You will handle calls, document issues, and educate members about benefits, aiming for one-call resolutions in a fast-paced environment.

This role requires 2+ years in a call center, onsite 9-week training in Plano, and a schedule with Monday–Friday hours and rotating weekend/holiday shifts. Proficiency with Windows, MS Office, and CRM tools is expected.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a call center environment.
• Proficiency in Windows, MS Office, and G-Suite.
• HS Diploma, GED, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls to members, physicians, and pharmacies.
• Follow-up, resolve, and document member issues; route inquiries to the appropriate department.
• Educate members about their pharmacy benefits.
• Aim for one-call resolution by becoming an expert in Pharmacy Benefits Management.
