Job summary

Medasource is seeking a Healthcare Improvement Program & Operations Specialist to lead hands-on program management across a portfolio of healthcare improvement initiatives.

Location: Indianapolis, IN or remote, with start ASAP and an 18-month duration with potential extensions. The role coordinates timelines, budgets, contracts, data, and external partner commitments to ensure projects stay on track.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program/project management in complex multi-stakeholder environments.
• Healthcare, healthcare quality improvement, health systems, public/global health experience.
• Strong experience managing timelines, deliverables, budgets, contracts, data, and multiple workstreams.
• Comfortable working directly with external stakeholders and health-system partners.
• Strong analytical judgment to question data, identify gaps, and raise concerns professionally.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple healthcare improvement initiatives across a complex portfolio.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, budgets, contracts, deliverables, and dependencies.
• Track partner commitments and drive accountability and follow-through.
• Support leads in managing relationships with health systems and external organizations.
• Independently conduct routine status meetings and participate in biweekly/quarterly stakeholder meetings.
• Review data and project materials for accuracy, completeness, and gaps; raise questions to partners.
• Support measurement, outcomes, and reporting activities.
• Coordinate with Medical Affairs, Legal, Ethics & Compliance, Finance, Procurement, and other functions.
• Conduct landscape and data analyses related to healthcare improvement and opportunities.
• Identify and implement opportunities to streamline portfolio processes.
• Leverage AI tools like Claude and Copilot to improve program execution.
