Job summary

Siemens Healthineers is seeking an Implementation Scientist (Finance) to lead methodological work promoting uptake of evidence-based practices in clinical care. You will apply CFIR, ERIC, RE-AIM and other frameworks, partnering with RISE and ES to drive adoption across strategic accounts.

The role requires a PhD-level background in implementation science or related field, 5+ years in healthcare or life sciences, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• PhD or equivalent in implementation science, health services research, public health, or related field.
• 5+ years of applied healthcare system, life sciences, or academic medical center experience.
• Proficiency with CFIR, ERIC, RE-AIM, EPIS frameworks.
• Mixed-methods research: qualitative interviews, surveys, registry/EHR data analysis.
• Experience working across clinical, operational, and commercial stakeholders.
• Publication track record and scientific communication skills.
• Comfort with ambiguity and ability to work in a matrixed, fast-paced commercial environment.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills and strong presentation ability.
• Ability to translate complex scientific information for varied audiences.
• Willingness to travel up to 60% and engage in domestic/international trips.
• Experience with federal research grants preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design implementation protocols for Siemens Healthineers CVP and PVP deployment at strategic accounts.
• Conduct barrier and facilitator assessments before and during CVP rollout.
• Develop outcome measurement frameworks aligned to clinical and operational metrics (e.g., LOS, readmission rates, cost-per-case).
• Generate real-world evidence through partnerships with RISE, clinical sites, and expert networks.
• Support manuscript development, conference abstracts, and white papers to build SHS's outcomes science reputation.
• Inform global CVP strategy with NAM-specific adoption and outcomes data.
