Job summary

Revenue Management Solutions, LLC is seeking an Implementation Project Manager in Oklahoma City to lead the deployment of RMS products for healthcare clients. You will manage projects, define scope with clients, create milestone plans, coordinate cross‑functional teams, and ensure timely delivery while maintaining quality and client satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has experience with health‑care revenue cycle concepts, ANSI X12/EDI (837/835), strong communication and organizational skills, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare management, business or PM with 2+ years of relevant experience.
• PMP or CAPM certification preferred; CRCR is a plus.
• Proficiency with MS Office; experience with Agile, Confluence, and CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage implementation projects with cross‑functional teams and client onboarding deliverables.
• Serve as main client contact and lead meetings during the implementation.
• Define project scope, capture business requirements, and document milestones.
• Coordinate daily activities to ensure on‑time project delivery and quality.
• Provide status updates to clients and leadership; identify process improvements.
• Train clients on RMS products and solutions; travel to client sites as needed.
