Job summary

Stryker is seeking a tenacious Project Manager to lead customer implementations from post‑sale kickoff through delivery and handoff to Support. You will guide internal teams across all Vocera product lines, ensuring outcomes meet business and customer metrics within budget and schedule.

Requirements include a BS or equivalent with 4+ years of PM experience, PMP preferred, and ability to travel up to 25% across North America.

Qualifications

• BS or equivalent and 4+ years of professional work experience.
• PMP certification highly preferred.
• Project management experience in a professional services organization, ideally within healthcare or software.
• Ability to travel up to 25% throughout North America.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross‑functional delivery teams to meet scope, timeline, quality, and budget.
• Own end-to-end delivery with project planning, scheduling, risks, and milestones.
• Ensure delivery aligns with Vocera Solutions Deployment Methodology.
• Manage project risk, address issues, and escalate as needed.
• Coordinate communications and regular status meetings; document action items.
• Engage stakeholders to refine scope and drive decisions.
• Archive deliverables and documentation; support post‑delivery reviews.
