Job summary

Stryker Corporation in Denver is seeking a field-based Project Manager to lead customer implementations from post-sale kickoff through final delivery and handoff to Support, coordinating cross-functional teams across Vocera product lines.

You will own end-to-end delivery, manage scope, schedule, risks, and stakeholder communications, travel up to 25%, and ensure quality and compliance with deployment standards.

Qualifications

• BS or equivalent and 4+ years of professional work experience.
• PMP certification highly preferred.
• Experience in a professional services organization, ideally within healthcare or software.
• Ability to travel up to 25% throughout North America.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery, driving scope, schedule, risks, and milestones using project planning methods.
• Coordinate with cross-functional delivery teams to meet budget and quality expectations.
• Manage project communications, meetings, minutes, and action items with all stakeholders.
• Lead project close-out activities, transitioning to Sales and Support and capturing lessons learned.
