Job summary

Stryker Group is seeking a tenacious, customer service-focused Project Manager to lead customer implementations from post-sale kickoff through final delivery and handoff to Support. This role will lead internal project teams delivering high-quality solutions across Vocera product lines that meet business and customer satisfaction metrics, within budget and schedule.

Qualifications

• BS or equivalent and 4+ years of professional work experience.
• PMP certification highly preferred.
• Project management experience in professional services, ideally healthcare or software.
• Ability to travel up to 25% across North America.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional delivery teams to drive outcomes within scope, timeline, quality, and budget expectations.
• Own end-to-end delivery, driving results across scope, schedule, risks, and milestones with project planning and execution.
• Ensure delivery process aligns with standards established through the Vocera Solutions Deployment Methodology.
• Own project risk management by proactively identifying issues, driving resolution, and escalating when needed.
• Manage project communications, including regular status meetings with partners, documenting minutes, and action items.
• Lead stakeholder engagement; synthesize input to refine scope and guide decisions.
• Ensure deliverables and documentation are archived and support project audits and reviews.
• Conduct project close-out activities, transitioning to Sales and Support and sharing lessons learned.
