Job summary

Stryker is seeking a tenacious, customer‑service oriented Project Manager to lead customer implementations from post-sale kickoff through final delivery and handoff to Support. You will guide internal teams across Vocera product lines to meet business and customer metrics, budgets, and schedules.

Responsibilities include driving end-to-end delivery, managing scope, schedule, risks, and milestones with WBS and critical path; ensuring deployment methodology alignment; leading stakeholder

Qualifications

• BS or equivalent and 4+ years of professional work experience.
• PMP certification highly preferred.
• Project management experience in a professional services organization, ideally healthcare or software.
• Ability to travel up to 25% throughout North America.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery across scope, schedule, risks, and milestones.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet scope, timeline, and budget.
• Manage project communications and regular status meetings.
• Close-out activities including lessons learned and handoff to Sales and Support.
• Ensure alignment with deployment methodology.
